The Martial Fitness Class is for individuals who want a sweat pouring, butt kicking, muscle building, strength and conditioning, endurance training class. It is for the serious minded individual who wants to not only get into great physical shape, but also wants to clear their mind and relief stress to enhance their everyday life.
Our Martial Fitness Class is designed to tone, strengthen and stabilize your entire body. The class incorporates martial arts drills from karate and kickboxing, as well as core and free weight training. Best of all the sequence of drills are designed so you can work longer without muscle fatigue and enables you to burn more calories throughout the workout.
In a matter of weeks participants notice stronger, leaner muscles and are more confident about the way they look and feel. As an added bonus, participants also have a healthier, more relaxed mind and body.
